Here's a collection of resources, tools and tech that I've used in my business or I recommend for you to consider as part of your business journey.
The right tools and support can help make your life easier and simpler, so I've put together this list to share some of the things that have helped me and to remove some of the confusion and decision fatigue.
There are lots of great tech, courses and systems out there. This is not an exhaustive list, and as always, please do your research to find what works best for your situation.
Tech
Kajabi
Kajabi has everything you need to create, grow, and manage your knowledge and creator business. Kajabi hosts our courses, website and email system
Later
Later is a social media management platform and link in bio tool for every social network. We use Later to plan, batch and schedule content in advance
Canva
Canva is a free-to-use online graphic design tool. Team DDT uses Canva for the majority of our design work - social media posts, presentations, graphics and more.
Dropbox
We use Dropbox to store and organise all of our content and files. You and your team can access your files from any device.
Stripe
Stripe is our online payment processing and commerce solution. Stripe allows us to process credit cards and payment plans in multiple currencies.
Gravy
GRAVY is the leading subscription management and failed payment recovery service for businesses with recurring payments or billing. Gravy work with our customer service team to follow-up default payments.
Fusebox
The most user-friendly and extensible podcast players ever built. We use the Fusebox podcast player on the website.
HelpScout
HelpScout is at the heart of our customer service team. We can manage all our customer conversations in one place across our team.
Slack
We use Slack for internal team communications. Short mesages and updates between team members and across the company to reduce the number of emails we send.
Trello
Trello is our project management tool. We use board to collaborate on different projects and track tasks we need to complete.
Loom
Our team uses Loom for screen recording - website walkthroughs, capturing processes and detailing instructions to team members.
Teachable
Teachable is an online course hosting platform and marketplace. Join the more than 100,000 creators who use Teachable to share their knowledge. Easily create an online course or coaching business
Jotform
Jotform is an online platform for creating forms and interactive quizzes. We use Jotform for the Sacred Money Archetypes® Quiz.

Rode SmartLav+ Lavalier Microphone for Smartphones
Denise uses a smartLav+ microphone connected to her laptop or phone for voice recording and calls. This is high-quality and easy to use.
Aftershokz OpenComm Wireless Bluetooth Headset
Unlike traditional headsets that cover or go inside your ears, OpenComm’s open-ear design is more comfortable and easy to use for long calls.
Rode NT-USB Studio Microphone
Super professional USB microphone that delivers exceptional performance for podcasting or voice recording.
Aputure Amaran LED Video Light
This is a great all-purpose light for filming videos and podcast interviews. I use it in my office, and it lights up the whole room.

This is the lightbox I add to the Aputure 200D light to give soft and even light when I'm filming or on zoom calls.
